The Crossroads Business Network chapter was organized in mid-2002. After finding their professional categories filled at another BNI chapter, John Hall and Tim Soldati decided to form their own chapter. The two of them, along with another member, began meeting on a weekly basis. One by one, the group began to grow. After reaching approximately 12 members, the group hosted a large visitor's event which allowed them to officially launch the chapter in early 2003. The chapter has had steady growth since that time and it's membership has reached as many as 32 members. The group continues to meet on a weekly basis and has become one of the most successful chapters of BNI. Since it's inception, the members have passed well over $1 million in closed referral business between them.
